- To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock
- Contact you via phone or email and take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide
Pricing In Our Online Store
All online prices and delivery fees are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and all prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We will bill your method of payment in GBP and your card company will convert the charges for you.
Customers located outside of the UK should check the Delivery Information section for further information about possible customs, import and similar duties and charges that may apply to their order.
Are The Prices Online The Same In Store?
We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be different due to special promotions that are only available when purchasing online or in store. These promotions will only apply to online orders or in store unless otherwise stated.
