Returns & Exchanges
Our Refund & Exchange Policy
We like to make you happy. In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:
- Within 14 days of receiving the items you return the items with the original receipt to us;
- The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
How To Return An Item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
How To Exchange An Item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else from Twit Twoo. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Purchases Made In Twit Twoo Stores
Purchases made in a Twit Twoo retail store (including purchases in a UK store for delivery to you) can be exchanged in a
Twit Twoo retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.
Purchases Made Online
You can exchange an item purchased online:
- in any Twit Twoo retail store in the United Kingdom; or
- by posting it to:
Twit Twoo Online Returns, 2 Union Lane, Brixham Devon TQ5 8DY
Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number are included along with a list of alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice.
All exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Twit Twoo.
Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges and refunds; unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumers law rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
